I approached Suvir for working on my corporate space. He had to manage with three-way communication – with myself (the owner of the space) and my tenants (MNC). My clients gave me a big list of requirements and also mentioned that they would be interested in leasing out the property only if I had promised to meet each one of their requirements. Also they gave me a challenging timeline for the handover.
As I dint have much experience in this field, I wanted to approach an architect who was willing to take up the challenge of providing quality while keeping up to the challenging timeline. So I approached Suvir and had an informal discussion with him about the clients requirements and the timeline. He felt it was difficult but he will try to engage more man power and try to complete the project within the dead line. And he DID!! To everyone’s satisfaction. My clients were impressed with the finished space. The design, the colour palette used, the quality of materials sourced etc.
My personal experience with Suvir while the work was in progress. I wanted to work with an architect that was keen to build on ideas and work together as a team and Suvir provided just that. He was a pleasure to work with. His collaborative approach enabled me to achieve my vision to perfection while still keeping the costs in control. He also showed a lot of patience and flexibility and made sure I was well informed and kept me up to speed with the work in progress almost on a daily basis. It was more like jamming with a buddy ..right through the entire process of working with the concept, design and also the execution. Suvir has a good support team and reliable manpower to execute his plans within the timeline. His understanding of vaastu is a big plus!!
